To offer a fair and high performing platform for our aspiring basketball youth to showcase their skills and talent to achieve their own greatness.
•A chance for players that were overlooked at Representative trials but clearly display potential and who are determined to prove they have the work ethic to strive for success in highly competitive basketball world.
•Provide an opportunity to players and their families that were not able to commit to the heavy schedule required to participate in club representative programs.
•To present an alternative and an additional pathway for players looking towards a professional basketball career.
•To enhance the coaching, training and development experience for players to enjoy and take wisdom from, drawn from a uniform basketball program and adopted by all coaches in the FBL.
•Deploy a competitive environment to compete in, where quality officiating is present.
•Accessible to all corners of Sydney through Respected Coaches and their basketball houses.
•To have tangible statistics and measures in place for our players so that we may better gauge their base, progression and potential. Each athlete will be provided feedback to assist in their growth and development, so they may then focus on an improvement plan.
